Returns are subject to The Digital Gadgets Online Store Terms and Conditions. Please note that used products, such as used Mac or iPhone, are not eligible for return. For eligible products, you have up to 14 calendar days from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate a return.
Accessories Return Policy:
If you are not fully satisfied with your accessories purchase, you can return undamaged accessories to The Digital Gadgets Online Store within 14 calendar days from the time you receive them for a refund. Please note that a 15% restocking fee will be assessed on opened or closed box returns per unit. To request a return, please send an email. The accessories must be returned in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
